What IDs do you accept?
California or U.S. driver’s license/ID, U.S. passport, foreign passport stamped by USCIS, inmate ID, and other IDs permitted by CA law. IDs must be current or meet CA’s acceptable expiration windows.
Can you provide witnesses?
Yes, with advance notice and a coordination fee. Some documents require two witnesses; we can help arrange them.
Do you complete I-9 forms?
We act as an employer-authorized representative to complete Section 2. This is not a notarization, but we frequently provide the service.
Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?
California has not permanently authorized RON for general use. We focus on in-person mobile notarizations across the East Bay.
